Construction of the Hartley Lake Storage facility began in 2021, with plans for a total of 72 storage units of various sizes. The development features a multi-level clubhouse and a fully equipped wash bay, offering convenient amenities exclusively for owners.

Located on Highway 371 across from Brainerd International Raceway, the site occupies the former location of Brainerd’s beloved outdoor movie theater. Several units boast large windows with scenic views of Hartley Lake, making this facility as functional as it is visually appealing.

The project is being developed by Mike Anderson of Detroit Lakes, MN, who has successfully completed several similar luxury storage sites across the region.
