What do my dues cost? 

Currently the dues for each building or string unit are set at $600/yr paid annually in January. You will receive an email with payment information. Please send payment upon receipt of that email.

What do my dues pay for? 

Dues cover expenses such as:

• Snow plowing all roads

• Insurance for the common grounds on the property

• Clubhouse energy costs

• Clubhouse insurance

• Clubhouse holding tank pumping

• Wash bay expenses

• Security cameras at clubhouse

Will the dues amount ever increase? 

At comparable storage facilities dues amounts have not increased. Many factors figure into future increases in dues such as insurance costs and operating expenses of the clubhouse and wash bay. It is the hope of the leadership team to keep dues as low as possible.

Do my dues cover insurance costs?

No. You must carry your own policy for a stand alone building. If you own a string unit you will be asked by the HOA for your share of the yearly policy costs for the entire string building.
